And just realised that I’ve also achieved the original weight goal I had set for myself at 72kgs all those months ago.

So I set the floor a teensy bit lower at 67kgs, so I can build constructively.

The best thing, about intermittent fasting, is that I now know, what real hunger feels like.

And I find that easier to tackle and overcome, than the yearnings the brain fakes about my favourite food.

Greasy yummy mumbai vada paos, irani kheema ghotalas, fresh buttery croissants, blueberry cheesecake, oily banana chips. Just thinking about them automatically makes my mouth water and tummy growl.

Learning to sit with this feeling and being comfortable with it, is going to take a while :)

Will enjoy sitting pretty around this weight for a few months, before I turn to building a bit of muscle.
