the early hw to sw crash was because i fell sick, was hospitalised for a month and was basically melting away due to multiple infections
not really a recommended way to lose weight.
but hey, i suffered! so i’ll take what i can get 😛

cannot set goal dates, because my body is pretty erratic currently.

swings up and down.

today was the first day, i realised i had core muscles though 😂
so there is hope 😃
