the early hw to sw crash was because i fell sick, was hospitalised for a month and was basically melting away due to multiple infections
not really a recommended way to lose weight.
but hey, i suffered! so i’ll take what i can get 😛

modified the goal weights so that they are a bit more evenly spaced out and I have more opportunities to cheer myself for :)

I lost the 300 odd grams I gained last week and a kilo on top of that :)

10kgs down today since I started to work on my weight in earnest (ok, panic :P) and 20kgs lower than I was at my highest weight. 20 kgs was my first Salora National Color TV! I was carrying a whole 21" colour tv around.

1. My BMI has finally slid to normal on my scale. (At the high end of normal, but still … normal!)
*I am no longer overweight!*
2. My metabolic age reads a year younger that my actual age. Never saw that coming!
